Ink Comparisons and Alterations
When documents are altered using a different ink it may be possible to discriminate between the inks using various specialised lighting conditions. Using these lighting conditions it may also be possible to determine the details of an entry that has been crossed out or erased.
Original documents will be required for this examination which will have to be undertaken at our Huntingdon office where the specialised equipment, the Video Spectral Comparator, is located.
